Anodizing

ANODIZING

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that forms an oxide layer on the surface of a metal (+) by passing an electric current through an electrolyte solution. The oxide layer created during this process is much thicker and harder than naturally occurring ones, thereby improving the metal's corrosion resistance, durability, adhesion, and aesthetic effects.
